Questions and answers
How do I unlock all games?
Some of the games can be played right away. You unlock the rest with one one-time purchase: no subscription. Tap the cog at the bottom right of the home screen and solve the sum. Then tap the padlock with the price. Family Sharing is supported.
I already bought it, but the games are still locked
Open the parent corner (the cog at the bottom right, and the sum) and tap the small circular arrow next to the padlock.
Can I get a refund?
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Request a refund through your purchase history in the App Store (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.
How do I leave a game?
Hold the arrow at the top left for a moment. It works this way on purpose, so small fingers do not tap out of a game by accident.
There is no sound
Check the volume of the device and the volume in the parent corner (the slider with the speaker).
What age is the app for?
For children aged 2 to 5. In the parent corner you use the three ages (next to the cake) to choose which games show on the home screen.
Does the app work without internet, and what data do you keep?
The app works without internet. We collect no data. Read more in our privacy statement.
Which devices?
iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 15 or later. An Android version is on its way.
